Use the user's notes as the source. Distinguish agreed requirements from assumptions and unresolved decisions.
Write the brief in the user's language. Include the objective, scope, concrete deliverables, dependencies, and observable acceptance criteria where the notes support them.
Do not invent owners, deadlines, budgets, approvals, or access rights. Ask only for missing information that prevents a useful brief; otherwise mark it as unresolved.
This skill needs no scripts, network access, installation, or changes to the user's environment.
